Second project to replaced brass impellar, shaft, carbon steel bowl and associated components with stainless impellar and bowl plus new shaft and components in 11 day outage window. Project requires detailed plan for rigging, protection of "Safety Related" equipment/piping and installation of custom fabricated rigging beams integrated into existing crane rails.

Cut and cap 700 LF contaminated piping using framed glove bags, lock down surface contamination inside two (2) 115,000 gallon tanks prior to reduction, remove 280 LF x 6 foot tall x 12" thick concrete berm in 4 foot sections, precision cut around contaminated sump system and transfer to container in one piece, and decontaminate surface of 6 foot thick concrete slab prior to bulk demolition. All contamination was controlled and maintained below minimum levels. Zero incidents!

General contractor for state of the art substation located in Waukegan, IL. Led a team of local area subcontractors to a safe and successful completion on schedule and budget.

Demolish and design temporary shoring for south boiler house wall. Demo all associated chimney connections, piping, tanks, vessels, and access platforms. Remove existing 40,000 lb heating boilers, modify/repair foundations, and replace with new 40,000 lb dual fuel boilers. Fully operational in time to support fall 2012 outage.
