The dynamic interaction observed at cryogenic temperatures in PdDx (x < 1) lattices is interpreted to be the result of interstitial solute deuterons jumping from the tetragonal sites to the octahedral one along the  directions and electrostatic attraction due to the charge transfer in the chains; i.e., an alternating tetrahedral-octahedral site arrays with the help of the electron-phonon charge-density wave coupling. The generation of heat may be associated with the collective electrons derived from the palladium atoms and neutral pions between deuterons.
