After giving the specifications of compact plasma device for the study on plasma-wall interactions, AIT-PID, focusing on the electron energy distribution of helium plasmas, the experimental and analytical results for the determination of power transmission factor through the sheath formed on the helium defected tungsten with fiber-form nanostructure on its surface are presented.
