This work presents a concise overview of some energetic particle issues in stellarators. The main attention is paid to stochastic diffusion of the energetic ions and Alfvén instabilities caused by these ions. The results of theoretical studies and numerical modeling of Alfvénic activities, in particular, experiments on the Wendelstein 7-AS and Large Helical Device, are presented.
