IAEA promoting nuclear energy with G20
The International Atomic Energy Agency launched a collaboration with the Group of 20 this week to highlight the key role that nuclear energy can play in achieving energy security and climate-change goals.
The aim of this first-of-its-kind partnership with G20—the world’s largest economic group—is to build momentum for nuclear power. This is the first time the IAEA has presented to G20 on issues relating to nuclear power.

Capabilities of RFNC-VNIITF in conducting of experiments on testing of the units for tritium system of fusion neutrons source based on gasdynamics trap are shown.
Basic scheme of test-bench for mastering of the principal elements of vacuum technological complex of gasdynamics trap with using deuterium- tritium mixtures is shown also. One of the basic test-bench elements, which is proposed to be mastered on the first stage, is system of utilization and purification of working gas mixture, which will be pumped from gasdynamics trap. Designer decisions of the model of this test-bench unit are sketched, and edition of the proposed experiment is described.
