Nuclear energy's clean air gets the green light from Greenpeace co-founder

Patrick Moore, co-founder of the environmental group Greenpeace, backs Nuclear Energy as the answer to saving the environment in Monday's Washington Post.  Moore says nuclear power is the only cost-effective source which can keep up with energy demands and clean up the environment at the same time.

This is not the first time the Greenpeace founder has talked about the benefits of nuclear energy.  Back in June 2005, Nuclear News published Moore's testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives.
