Nuclear Energy Innovation Capabilities Act Re-Introduced in House and Senate

Tracy Marc|
The Nuclear Energy Innovation Capabilities Act was re-introduced this morning in the House and Senate.
This legislation directs the Department of Energy (DOE) to prioritize research and development (R&D) infrastructure that will enable the private sector to invest in advanced reactor technologies and provides a clear path forward to attract private investment for prototype development at DOE labs.

Read the House legislation here. The Senate legislation is not yet available for circulation, but the language will be very similar to the previous version.
