ANS Signs Letter to President-Elect and Gov. Perry

In an open letter written by Environmental Progress to President-Elect Donald Trump and Governor Rick Perry, ANS and 38 other nuclear professionals and organizations are urging both leaders to take strong action to save and grow America’s nuclear energy sector.
The letter covers the benefits of nuclear power, technological advances that make nuclear more safe and affordable as well as regulations and policies that are needed to keep the United States internationally competitive economically and technologically.
