Small Modular Reactors Receive New Award from DOE

Continuing their investment in nuclear technology, the U.S. Department of Energy awarded NuScale Power LLC a funding opportunity to commercialize small modular reactors.

The award will assist NuScale with Nuclear Regulatory Commission design certification and push for commercial operation in 2025.
