UI Doctoral Student Receives ANS Award

University of Idaho doctoral student Joshua Daw will accept the Fuel Cycle Research Innovations award at the 2013 ANS Winter Meeting in Washington, D.C. His paper, "Hot Wire Needle Probe for In-Reactor Thermal Conductivity Measurement," addressed the measurement of thermal conductivity during irradiation.

The award recognizes innovation and higher education disciplines s it relates to the nuclear fuel cycle. Additional information for the 2013 ANS Winter Meeting is available at the National Meetings section.
