Since our formation in 2004, American DND has never experienced an OSHA recordable, maintaining a zero-incident safety rate. Further, since our founding, we have completed all our work in total compliance with federal and state regulations and to the satisfaction of our clients, never once receiving a violation or citation for non-compliance or any other reason. American DND always completes work within contract terms and conditions and without legal intervention of any kind.
