ANS Rule 17.7 Each Year the Secretary shall provide the Society with a report which includes a review of Section activities, membership details, names of Officers and Executive Committee members and copies of meeting minutes. Other information may be requested from time to time by the Executive Director of the Society or the Chair of the Local Sections Committee. The report shall be filed annually with the Executive Director no later than August 31.  At its meeting in June 2004, the Local Sections Committee reviewed an Annual Report format which included a financial report.
